​Rachelle Gayl is the passion and purpose behind Root & Bloom Hair Loss Solutions. Her journey began with a personal struggle—experiencing hair loss and searching endlessly for the “magic hair pill” that could restore her confidence. After trying countless products and seeking advice from friends, stylists, and doctors, Rachelle found herself surrounded by marketing promises, harsh chemicals, and growing hopelessness. The emotional toll led to anxiety, depression, and a fear of leaving her home.

Determined to find real answers—not temporary fixes—Rachelle took her healing into her own hands. She enrolled at the world-renowned United States Trichology Institute (USTI), where she studied the biology of the scalp and hair follicles, and discovered how nutrition, stress, medications, and overall health impact hair growth and loss.

Through her education and personal experience, Rachelle became rooted in healing and bloomed in confidence. She realized that hair loss isn’t hopeless when you address the problem from the root.

With this mission in mind, Rachelle founded "Root & Bloom Hair Loss Solutions" to help others begin their own hair restoration journeys—empowered with knowledge, compassion, and proven solutions that focus on scalp and internal health, not just cosmetic coverage.

Rachelle is certified through the United States Trichology Institute (USTI) as an Associate Trichologist, and through the American Medical Certification Association (AMCA). She is also an active member of the Association of Professional Trichologists (APT) and partners with salons and professionals to educate them on scalp health and the science behind hair growth.
